Weight issues, the way Women struggle with them usually makes me sad, depressed, happy or just plain confused. I know some women who know what I am talking about, you eat well, work out but don’t lose weight. Then you see some Women who don’t even care about what they eat not even gaining a bit of weight. Look at a Skinny Woman going on and on about how she feels fat then you feel like shoving her skinny behind in front of a moving bus.
I am not one to talk because I never watch what I eat, to be honest, my weight is just one with Mood swings, I can be happy and eat all I want but not gain weight then when I tell myself, “aaah..I need to be in shape..” That’s when I feel blotted and fat. Most women don’t want to admit that sometimes their weight bothers them and all. Truth is if you don’t look out for your own body when you are still young, your weight will just keep piling up. I love myself, I am conceited about me, my body, my face, I am not the most Beautiful one out there but trust me, I have the confidence of one. I have learnt that Confidence is everything in every way you need it. I am Confident with myself, every woman should be able to Love the Woman she sees in the Mirror every time. Don’t let society bully you into thinking you need to have a body like Bey or a rare like Kim to be perfect. You just need to be in shape, be happy, be confidence and love yourself.
